Julie and Peter

This couple invited me into their backyard to do photos. . . .what an honour! Peter and Julie were so nice and it is obvious how excited they are to be parents. I can't wait to meet the little bundle!

It was so great meeting Jennifer and Neil. They are such nice people and they have the most beautiful children. Little Cara was wide awake for the entire session (which is quite normal for babies over 2 weeks of age) but she did very well!

These peeps are my neighbors and they are the best! It is seriously so great to know that if you need anything that you can just pop by next door. I have taken pictures of little Abbi a few times now, she is seriously so sweet. Thanks guys for being ridiculously patient! :)

Melanie, Damion and Odinn

My friend Emilie bought this session as a gift for her sister Melanie. We were up in Calgary for Emilie's wedding and then did the shoot the following day. Besides the fact that we were all a little tired from being up so late, the shoot went fabulous. Oddin was great and the lighting was perfect.

Little Liam

Ooooh, I love newborns. I am pretty sure they are my favourite. But then I do a six month old and think the same thing. Or a maternity shoot, or a family shoot. Hmmmmm, maybe I just love my job, plain and simple!
Anyways, this shoot went perfect! Well, that is until dad started getting bored of the whole thing. And then oh yeah, Kelsey got majorly peed on (and I can't find the picture for the life of me). Ha ha ha ha, I still laugh thinking about it!
Liam was so good, doing everything we tried. It was Shawn who by the end said "Okay Jen, take the picture, it doesn't have to be perfect!", who was done before his newborn was! ;)
Thanks you guys for bringing him in. He is beautiful!
